Prior to pursuing her design “enterprise”, Eleen spent 13 years in the field of professional services. After graduating from UC Berkeley with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, she started out as a financial auditor and information systems consultant with Ernst and Young LLP. In 2000, Eleen moved into the internet industry, where she spent the next ten years in project management. In that role, she led cross-functional teams of designers, developers and quality assurance testers in full-scale web development projects as well as web marketing and design initiatives for high-profile clients like Orbitz, Screen Actors Guild, Toyota and Häagen-Dazs.

Eleen’s career path has equipped her with the fundamentals for creating a successful business of her own. She has gained valuable planning, administrative and client service skills, learned how to work with diverse personalities and perhaps most importantly, become skilled at being resourceful and adaptable. She feels lucky to live in the city of Alameda with her wonderful and supportive, super-star husband Jimmy Agustin, from whom she got the nickname “Mouse”.
